Description: A roach brown jelly with a deliberately thinner, highly pigmented formula designed to bloom and spread when dotted into a wet layer, creating a mottled, tortoiseshell like effect.

The Lore: Roaches have terrible PR, but eating decaying organic matter is useful work. Dead leaves, discarded food, whatever’s available. We can appreciate their contribution and still lose our minds when one runs across the kitchen floor.

Application: Apply one coat, then immediately dip the brush back into the bottle and remove the excess polish. While the first coat is still wet, lightly dot and spread the freshly dipped brush over the nail. The dots will bloom into the wet layer, creating the tortoiseshell effect. Less is more. A few deliberate dots work best. Multiple passes or additional coats can muddy the effect.
