Orders ship within 7 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage to addresses within the United States only. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once your order leaves our hands it's in USPS's.

You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships. At that point delivery is in USPS's hands.

If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't shown up, check with neighbors and building management before reaching out. We're not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by USPS.

If your package hasn't moved or updated in an extended period and doesn't show as delivered, contact us at hello@hyenalacquer.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
