Orders are shipped within 7 business days of purchase via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise noted. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed by Hyena Lacquer or USPS.

Hyena Lacquer ships within the United States only.

Free shipping is available on orders over $75.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and any building management before contacting us. Hyena Lacquer is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by USPS.

If your package has not moved or updated in tracking for an extended period and does not show as delivered, please contact us at hello@hyenalacquer.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.
