All sales are final. As a small handmade business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If you received an item that is broken, leaking, or otherwise defective, please contact us at hello@hyenalacquer.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we will assist you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
